# Privacy


**Short version:** your documents are used only to answer you, are encrypted, and are deleted after 7 days.

## Access requests

We store what you type in the request form, plus the page and campaign you came from. We use it only to reply about access and to count which kinds of customers ask. We do not send newsletters and we do not share it.

## Trade documents

- Each customer's files are encrypted with a separate key.
- Files are deleted automatically 7 days after they arrive, unless you ask us to keep them.
- Extracted fields, findings, and the messages you exchange with the assistant (with the record of how each answer was produced) stay while your account is open, so we can check answers and fix mistakes. The files themselves are not kept. Closing your account deletes everything with one request.
- No side of a trade sees another side's files or quotes.
- Your quote enters the anonymous market median only with your explicit consent, and only together with at least two other sources.
- Your documents are never used to train AI models.
