UFLPA supplier check: is a supplier name on the Entity List?

Type the supplier's name as it appears on the invoice. The check compares the normalised name with the UFLPA Entity List and the other screening lists we read. A match is a lead to verify on the official list; no match is not a clearance.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a match?

The normalised name or an alias equals the list entry's. There are no partial matches, so a different transliteration of the same company can be missed.

Does no hit mean my supplier is clear?

No. The presumption also covers goods made wholly or in part in Xinjiang by any producer and goods with inputs from there. A name check cannot see a sub-supplier.

Where does the list come from?

From the DHS UFLPA Entity List page. The official list is the DHS page and the Federal Register notices.
