# Purserhouse > Purserhouse is for US small and mid-size importers of goods made in China, and the customs brokers who serve them. Send a CBP Form 7501 and learn which entries and Chapter 99 lines fall inside the IEEPA refund window, the duty printed on them, and the tariff layers for the next shipment with their status. Send a demurrage and detention (D&D) invoice and learn whether it was computed right against the carrier's published US tariff, the real last free day, the basis for a dispute, and a draft letter. Every number has a cited source (CBP, Federal Register, eCFR, USTR, DHS, the carrier's own tariff); the language model only reads documents and never makes a number. Missing data is "not checked", never guessed. The calculators and lookups are free and need no key. What Purserhouse does not do: - It is not a customs broker or a law firm; answers are not legal advice. - It does not file in CAPE, file an ISF or entry, or send disputes to carriers: it drafts the letter, you send it. - It does not republish carrier or port tariff rates; it applies them to your own documents and links the source. - It is not a general US tariff or landed-cost calculator: it lists duty layers with their status, not a total, and does not compute refund interest. Links are relative to https://purserhouse.com. Most pages also exist as Markdown at the page URL plus `index.md` (e.g. /en/ieepa-refund/calculator/index.md). ## Questions people ask, and where the answer is ### IEEPA tariff refund "ieepa tariff refund process", "ieepa tariff refund portal", "ieepa tariff refund eligibility", "ieepa tariff refund phase 1", "ieepa tariff refund interest", "ieepa tariff refund timeline", "ieepa tariff refund calculator", "ieepa tariff refund hts codes" - [IEEPA tariff refund guide](/en/ieepa-refund/): what CBP's CAPE process accepts, who can file, how long it takes, interest, and which entries the current phase excludes (liquidation). - [IEEPA refund calculator](/en/ieepa-refund/calculator/): entry date, origin and the 7501's Chapter 99 lines in; each line inside the window, outside, or not checked, and the sum of duty printed. - [IEEPA refund HTS codes](/en/ieepa-refund/hts-codes/): the 9903 headings for IEEPA duties on goods from China, Hong Kong and Macau, with entry dates, status and CBP source. ### Tariff stacking and duty on goods from China "stacking tariffs chart", "stacking tariff calculator", "tariff stacking rules china", "section 122 tariffs stacking", "import duty from china to usa" - [Tariff stacking order and lookup](/en/tariff/stacking/): the order CBP wants Chapter 99 numbers on the entry summary, and the layers in force for an HTS code, origin and date, each with status and source.
